Refund / Satisfaction Policy
Thank you for purchasing our calisthenics program(s). Because our programs are delivered digitally (no physical goods), please read the following policy carefully:
1. All sales are final. Once program access is granted (e.g., login credentials or download link is sent), refunds will not be issued for change of mind.
2. Exceptional refund circumstances: If you purchased the program and cannot access the content due to a technical fault on our side (and we cannot rectify it within 7 business days), you may request a refund.
3. Refund timeframe: If you qualify under item 2 above, you must request the refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Requests after that period cannot be accepted.
4. How to request: Email us at [caliwiththejoes@gmail.com] with your name, purchase date, order number, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. No usage or completion condition: Because our programs are digital, once accessed they cannot be “returned”. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and understand access will be granted upon purchase.
6. International customers: If local consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights, those will apply in addition to this policy — but they do not automatically override the “no refunds” clause unless required by law.
7. Policy changes: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is what applies.
